Why we exist
For nearly two decades, I had a front-row seat to a pattern that doesn't get talked about enough.
I saw it through GLOPORE IMS, which I founded in Bengaluru in 2005 and bootstrapped to India's number-one Ed-ICT firm before exiting in 2016. We digitised more than eighty thousand classrooms across K-12 and higher education. I saw it again at scale during my six years as Managing Director, MEA and CEE at Anthology — the world's largest higher-education technology company. Across thousands of campuses, hundreds of corporates, and dozens of governments, I watched the same story repeat:
Smart people. Real problems. Genuine ideas. And nine times out of ten, nothing got built that lasted.
The reason was not lack of talent or lack of capital. It was the absence of an operating system. A way to move from idea to setup to launch to scale that didn't depend on luck, geography, or who you happened to know. The tools existed in fragments — accelerator playbooks, MBA frameworks, mentor networks, ESG checklists — but no one had stitched them into a single platform that worked for an individual founder in Silicon Valley, a faculty cohort in Bengaluru, an intrapreneur in a Dubai or Saudi enterprise, and a development-agency portfolio in Africa, all at the same time.
So in 2023 we started building it.
What we're building
Simsy AI is the world's first AI Venture Studio Operating System for builders, enablers, and ecosystems — a hyper-personalized platform, also GInI-accredited, that transforms ideas into impactful innovations, startups, and ventures across the full Ideate → Setup → Launch → Scale journey. It is tailored for individuals and white-labelled for institutions, with a global footprint spanning 105+ countries, 240+ industries, and support for 100+ native languages.
What that means in practice:
Underneath the platform sits a 110-step venture studio playbook — 870 person-days of compressed institutional knowledge — that an individual founder runs through with an AI copilot, and that an institution licenses to run a thousand of their members through, in parallel, simultaneously, in their own language.
On top of it is a sustainability layer (the Sustainability Mapping Report, or SMR) that bakes ESG and climate considerations into the ideation stage, not bolted on after the fact.
Around it is a two-sided marketplace — Builders on one side, Enablers on the other — that is verified, credentialed, and matched. A founder doesn't get a generic mentor list; they get a warm introduction to three angels who've actually backed companies in their vertical.
And accrediting all of it is GInI's Tier-3 Innovation Endorsement (InE®), the most rigorous third-party standard for innovation methodologies in the world.
Who we serve
We serve seven personas through three doors.
Three of those personas are Builders — Students, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs — with women and sustainability-first builders as cross-cutting communities. Four are Enablers — Startup Mentors, Investors, Consultants, and Service Providers. Together they make up our two-sided platform.
Through our second door, we serve five institutional ecosystems: Education (high schools, colleges, universities); Industry Innovation (corporates, enterprises, SMEs); Entrepreneurship & Startup (incubators, accelerators, free zones, venture studios); Government & Policy; and Development, Funding & Impact (development agencies, foundations, NGOs, impact investors).
Through our third door, we serve investors and capital partners who want exposure to the AI venture-creation cycle through a platform — not a single bet.
Our hero metric is simple, unforgiving, and the one we believe will define the category over the next decade: startups launched per 1,000 enrolled. We are at 0.95 today. The category baseline is 0.5 to 2.0. We intend to be at 5+ by the time we close our Series A.
We exist for one reason: the startups of the future aren't destined to fail.
That isn't a slogan. It is an architectural commitment, embedded in every line of code, every cohort, every certification, every white-label partnership, and every introduction we facilitate. We've watched ninety per cent fail for a generation. We're done watching.
