How does outcome-pricing work in TRANSFORM?
The base price ($250K+) covers platform deployment and the first year of operation. Performance tranches unlock against agreed KPIs — typical KPI commitments: startups launched per 1,000 enrolled (target ≥1.5), jobs created, capital raised, SDG outcomes reported, gender ratio in the founder cohort. Bonuses for over-performance; clawbacks for under-performance. Audited annually.
Is the platform multilingual?
