1. The Monthly Draw — at a glance
Simsy Ventures LLC (“Simsy AI” or “we”) operates two monthly draws as a marketing initiative:
- Tier 1 Monthly Draw. Every customer who completes the $49 AI Certified Founder Potential purchase within a calendar month is automatically entered. One winner per month receives one free Tier 3 ($365) seat — any of the 8 Tier 3 named tracks.
- Tier 2 Monthly Draw. Every customer who completes the $149 AI Certified Innovator purchase within a calendar month is automatically entered. One winner per month receives one free Tier 4 AI-Native Founder Cohort seat ($4,999 value). The Cohort acceptance gate remains in force — if the winner is not accepted into the next available cohort, Simsy AI will issue a full $4,999 platform credit applicable to Tier 3 for the winner plus Tier 2 for two friends of the winner’s choosing.
2. Eligibility
- Open to natural persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Open in all jurisdictions in which the underlying credential ($49 or $149) is legally available for purchase.
- Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Simsy Ventures LLC are not eligible.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to enter
Automatic entry — any successful Stripe payment for the $49 Tier 1 (AI Certified Founder Potential) or $149 Tier 2 (AI Certified Innovator) credential within a calendar month enters you in the corresponding draw for that month.
Free entry (no purchase necessary) — you may also enter either draw at no cost by sending an email to info@simsy.ai with the subject line “Monthly Draw Free Entry” and the body specifying which draw (Tier 1 or Tier 2) you wish to enter and the calendar month for which you wish to be entered. Free entries received before midnight UTC on the last day of the calendar month will be entered for that month’s draw. One free entry per person per draw per month.
4. Selection of winners
- Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received during the calendar month.
- The draw takes place on or before the 5th business day of the following calendar month.
- The selection process uses a verifiable random number generator and is logged for audit.
5. Notification & prize fulfilment
- Winners are notified within 48 hours of selection by email at the address used at entry.
- Tier 1 winners must accept the Tier 3 prize within 14 calendar days by selecting one of the 8 Tier 3 named tracks and confirming start date.
- Tier 2 winners must accept the Tier 4 cohort prize within 14 calendar days by completing the standard Cohort application form. Cohort selection committee retains full discretion on acceptance.
- If a winner does not respond within the acceptance window, Simsy AI may, in its sole discretion, redraw or roll the prize forward.
6. Tier 4 cohort acceptance gate
The AI-Native Founder Cohort uses a selection process to maintain cohort quality. Winners of the Tier 2 Monthly Draw are not guaranteed a seat in the next cohort. If the cohort selection committee declines a winner’s application, Simsy AI will instead issue:
- A full $4,999 credit applicable to the winner’s Tier 3 ($365) purchase; plus
- Two Tier 2 ($149) credentials transferable to friends of the winner’s nomination.
Total combined value: $4,999. This satisfies Simsy AI’s prize obligation in full.
7. Prize value & tax
Tier 1 prize value: $365 USD. Tier 2 prize value: $4,999 USD (or substitution per §6). Winners are responsible for any income or other taxes that may apply in their jurisdiction. Simsy AI does not provide tax advice.
8. No transfer or substitution
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. Simsy AI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
9. Use of name & likeness
Winners agree, where lawful, to Simsy AI’s use of their first name, last initial, and city of residence in announcements of the draw winners. Detailed personal information will not be published. Winners may opt out of the public announcement by notifying Simsy AI in writing at privacy@simsy.ai.
10. Disqualification
Simsy AI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner found to have:
- Submitted false or misleading entry information.
- Tampered with or manipulated the entry or selection process.
- Violated these terms or any applicable law.
- Engaged in fraud or chargeback on the underlying credential purchase.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
This Monthly Draw is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent state and federal courts located in Wyoming. Where any provision of these terms is unenforceable under local consumer protection law, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
12. Changes & termination
Simsy AI may modify, suspend, or terminate the Monthly Draw at any time with reasonable prior notice posted on this page. Termination does not affect entries already received for the current calendar month.
